ABOUT MEHDI EL HAJOUI

Mehdi El Hajoui is co-Head of Business Strategy at Dropbox, a global leader in cross-platform cloud storage, sharing and collaboration. Mehdi oversees a team that works closely with executive leadership to set the company strategy and drive critical business initiatives. He is also responsible for developing insights on markets, competitors, and business trends to inform key strategic decisions.

Prior to Dropbox, Mehdi spent nearly ten years as a management consultant, mostly at the Boston Consulting Group. At BCG, he served as an adviser to executives at nearly two dozen companies across the U.S., Europe and the Middle East and North Africa. Mehdi was also instrumental in supporting the launch of two new offices: Dubai (UAE) and Casablanca (Morocco).

A graduate of Harvard University in Romance Languages & Literatures, Mehdi also holds an MBA with honors from the Wharton School.

ABOUT DANIELLE PERETORE

Danielle Peretore started her career in consulting before moving over to LinkedIn's BizOps team back in the days when the entire team could fit in one car. She then decided against the advice of LinkedIn's legendary BizOps guru, Dan Yoo, to attend Harvard Business School, and after graduation followed her LinkedIn mentors to NerdWallet. At NerdWallet, Danielle focused on building both B2B and B2C sales teams, before moving over to Glassdoor to build out their sales strategy team under Sales Operations.
