Jevan Soo was most recently the global Chief People Officer for Blue Bottle Coffee, a rapidly growing specialty coffee retailer with cafes in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington DC, and Tokyo. Prior to Blue Bottle, Jevan held multiple roles at Square leading Sales Operations & Strategy and People Development, including the onboarding of 300 new employees in a year and building Square's first direct sales team to 60 reps in 9 months. Before jumping into high-growth companies, Jevan was with McKinsey & Company for nearly a decade in their Boston, New York, and Shanghai offices, both as a consultant serving clients across the technology, healthcare, and education sectors as well as leading McKinsey’s Asia-Pacific recruiting strategy and operations across twelve countries. 

Jevan received an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar, an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School of Government where he was a Rubenstein Fellow, and his AB in East Asian Studies from Harvard College.




Todd Carlisle is currently a VP of HR at Twitter, responsible for the global teams of HR Business Partners, People Analytics, HR Systems, and Recruiting.  Prior to this role, he had a brief stint as a VP of HR at Lending Club but spent the majority of his career at Google.  While at Google, he founded the People Analytics team, was the Director of Recruiting for a team that hired 5000 people, and acted as a Director of HR for the Trust & Safety team.  His work at Google (on topics like scientific hiring, the wisdom of crowds, and performance management) has been covered by the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, National Public Radio, and the Harvard Business Review.  Pre-Google he spent a few years as a management consultant for Right Management.  Todd has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University.
