Jennifer Haroon was the Head of Business Operations for Waymo, formerly known as the Google Self-Driving Car Project. She helped build out a variety of Waymo’s G&A functions and also led the strategy and business development teams, developing partnerships with OEMs, governments and a variety of other organizations.

Prior to joining Waymo, Jennifer spent 6 years at Google. While at Google she developed and launched Project Link, a wholesale metro fiber optic network in Kampala, Uganda and Accra, Ghana. During her time at Google she also had a variety of roles across Business Development, Marketing and Program Management, launching a number of Google’s early health-related initiatives including Google Flu Trends and the Flu Vaccine Finder.

Jennifer previously was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group. From the San Francisco and Stockholm offices she worked with organizations ranging from global public health, biotechnology and private equity to aid development of their business plans, product launches and acquisition strategies. She also worked as an Associate in Equity Research at Thomas Weisel Partners. She received her B.S. from Duke University and her MBA from US Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
