Tony Huie is a Managing Director at SignalFire and focuses on venture and growth stage investments. He’s spent the bulk of his career helping companies grow through a mix of operating and investing roles. 

Prior to SignalFire, Tony was an early executive at Dropbox where he helped scale the company from the 50 person startup phase to 1500+ employees, 500m+ users, and offices all around the world. He helped build and lead many of Dropbox’s first teams in sales, marketing, growth, people, product, bizops, finance, and biz dev. He also led Dropbox’s international teams that helped serve the 70%+ of Dropbox users and customers who are outside the US.

Earlier in his career, Tony worked with late stage companies as an investor at Technology Crossover Ventures and advised even later stage companies as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Tony graduated from Stanford University with a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering and grew up in a small town in Idaho where he lived next to a potato field.


Carter Shoop leads the Business Operations team at Groupon, a local commerce company that has 48 million active customers across 15 countries.  Prior to joining Groupon, Carter was an equity research analyst covering the technology sector.  


Neil Shah is the Director of Business Strategy at Slack, where he has helped set the international strategy, build the analyst relations program and support in investor relations. Prior to Slack, Neil had a similar role at Twitter, spending time in Sales Finance, Business Operations and Corporate Development. Earlier in his career, Neil was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He holds a B.S.E. and M.S.E. in Industrial & Operations Engineering from University of Michigan, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.


Jenny Qian founded the Business Operations team at Twitch, the internal consulting arm that is responsible for growing the world’s largest live streaming, gaming community. Jenny and her team play a central role in helping the Company tackle its toughest business questions. She oversees all forward-thinking models for new business verticals and strategic partnerships. Jenny’s work impacts every department at Twitch--from identifying high-priority games and personalities to developing new features that will revolutionize online gaming viewership. Prior to Twitch, Jenny worked at Quantcast and on Wall Street at Citigroup.
